RETURN ELIGIBILITY
RETURNS MUST BE INITIATED WITHIN 14 CALENDAR DAYS OF THE DELIVERY DATE. ITEMS MUST BE IN THEIR ORIGINAL, UNUSED CONDITION.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN WORN, USED, ALTERED, OR WASHED. CLEARANCE ITEMS.

- YOU CAN ALSO SUBMIT THE REQUEST THROUGH OUR REFUND & EXCHANGE PORTAL.
- ONCE YOUR RETURN REQUEST IS REVIEWED AND APPROVED, WE WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH A RETURN LABEL AND INSTRUCTIONS.
REFUNDS
REFUNDS WILL BE PROCESSED THROUGH AN AGREED UPON METHOD OF PAYMENT WITHIN 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIVING THE RETURNED ITEM.
PLEASE NOTE THAT SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
